portsmouthAldershot vs Portsmouth – Preview and betting tips

Aldershot and Portsmouth will be face to face in the FA Cup this Wednesday from 19:45, UK Time. The guests are in pole-position, but their situation is a very difficult one, Aldershot being in a better form.

Aldershot recorded two victories in the last week, 2-0 away with Kidderminster and 1-0 against Nuneaton in front of their own fans. The hosts lost only one home match of the last six, their strongest point being the defence. Aldershot have the second chance at bookmakers, with odds around 3.20 at the moment for a victory.

Portsmouth failed to qualify in the last 64 round ten days ago, getting only a draw against Aldershot at home, so they will have a difficult mission in the rematch, away. The Pompey are in a bad form, proof that they won only one of their last four matches. Portsmouth’s last away victory happened in September, 3-1 against Yeovil, play seven more away games since then.

The only meeting between these two sides in the recent football history took place ten days ago, as we said, and we saw a draw, 2-2, after Portsmouth scored the equalizer in the last ten minutes.

Prediction: 1X @ 1.62
Aldershot is a strong team in front of its own fans and we expect them to get at least a draw against an out of form team as Portsmouth. The odds are very attractive, 1.62 at Bwin right now.

anglia600x400Scotland vs England – Preview and betting tips

Today from 20:00, UK Time, we will see a 100% britsh duel. To be more precise, Scotland will host England in one of the most exciting friendlies of this day. If we take a look at the odds, we can say that England have the first chance.

Scotland will probably be happy with a draw against a much better team at first view, but surely they hope to win their first home game against England in football history. The scottish side is coming after three good results in the Euro 2016 Qualifications. The won seven points after four matches and they are fighting for a qualifying place, or at least for the 3rd position that could get them at Euro 2016.

England are in an excellent form, proof that they won all their five matches after FIFA World Cup 2014. Hodgson’s team dissapointed in Brazil last summer, but they seem to be on the right way at the moment. With 12 points out of 12 in the Euro 2016 Qualifications, England should not have any problems in qualifying at the final tournament in France. Sturridge, Jagielka and Baines are the most important missing players from the english team.

Scotland vs England probable lineups:
Scotland (4-2-3-1): Gordon – Whittaker, Berra, R. Martin, Robertson – Brown, Fletcher – Maloney, Naismith, Dorrans – C. Martin.
England (4-2-3-1): Forster – Chambers, Cahill, Smalling, Shaw – Chamberlain, Henderson, Milner – Barkley – Welbeck, Rooney.

Prediction: England DNB @ 1.50
England have a much stronger squad, as we said, and we have no doubt about this. We expect them get a victory in this friendly, but anything is possible so we recommand you to try a bet that will refund your money if these two teams will give us a draw.

wycombeWycombe vs Burton – Preview and betting tips

Wycombe and Burton will play their 17th game of this season in England League Two and these two teams will close the 17th fixture Monday evening starting with 19:45. We will probably see a very balanced game, a fact highlighted by the odds as well.

Wycombe are coming after a good result last fixture, 2-1 away with Oxford United, a much weaker team at first view. Hosts are 3rd right now in League Two, but a victory against Burton will take them on the first position. They have now 32 points in their account and a very good goal difference, 23-12, having one of the best defences in the league.

Burton will probably be happy with a draw here, but their recent form is not so encouraging. They recorded one victory, one draw and two defeats in the last four league games. With 29 points in their account they are on the 6th place right now and they fight for a play-off place. Their goal difference is a positive one, scoring 21 goals and conceding one less. Burton won 13 points out of 24 if we talk about away matches.

Last season these two teams were face to face two times abd Burton managed to win 2-1 away and 1-0 at home. Now Wycombe seems to be the stronger team.

Prediction: Wycombe DNB @ 1.44
Wycombe is one of the best teams this season in League Two and the home side has lost only one home match so far. We expect the hosts to win this game, but in case of a draw our bet will be refunded.

rangersRangers vs Alloa – Preview and betting tips

The most unbalanced game of the 13th fixture in Scotland Championship will take place today from 15:00 and will put face to face Glasgow Rangers and Alloa, two different teams, the hosts being in pole-position to win the game.

Glasgow Rangers continue to fight for their return in Premiership, but at the moment they are only second in Championship, with 28 points, four behind Hearts. If they will fail to win the second league, then they have to promote winning the play-off at the end of the season. Rangers are in an excellent form, proof that the home team is comind after eight wins in a row in all competitions, conceding only one goal in the victory against Raith, 6-1 at this stadium.

Alloa will have a very difficult mission today and they will fight for one point here. We expect them to field a defensive team. They are coming after an important victory, 1-0 at home with Livingston, winning three very important points. They are 7th right now, two points over the red line. Alloa recorded one victory, one draw and four defeats in their six away matches so far.

The first game between these two sides this season took place in September and we saw a draw, 1-1 on Alloa’s ground so we expect Rangers to take a revenge today for that result.

Prediction: Rangers -1.5 AH @ 1.45
We chose a clear victory for the home side, a victory by a margin of at least two goals today. They are in an excellent form, as we said, and more than that, Rangers have a much stronger squad at the moment.

Hungary and Finland will be the protagonists of one of the most balanced games today in Euro 2016 Qualifications. The game will start at 19:45, UK Time and it is part of the 4th fixture in Group F.

Hungary are getting better and better after they had a bad start of campaign, losing the first match, 1-2 against Northen Ireland at home. Hungarians recorded a draw and a victory after that, having four points at the moment. With numbers like these, the home side is 4th in Group I, so Dzsudzsak and his teammates need a victory here. The ticked two wins, one draw and two defeats if we talk about the last five home matches.

Finland had a much better start in this campaign, but they struggled last match. To be more precise, they won the first game, 3-1 in Faroe Islands, drew against Greece at home and exactly one month ago they failed to get at least one point against Romania, losind 0-2 at Helsinki. We will probably see a 4-2-3-1 formation from the finns, with Pukki announced as the main striker.

Finland managed to get a good result here in a friendly game played eight months ago, winning 2-1 after Eremenko scored the winner from penalty spot in the final.

Hungary vs Finlanda probable lineups:
Hungary (4-2-3-1): A.Bogdan – Varga, Juhasz, Kadar, Forro – Elek, Toszer-Stiebber, Gera, Dzsudzsak – Szalai

redmonangliau21England U21 vs Portugal U21 – Preview and betting tips

One of the most exciting games of today will take place in London and England U21 will host Portugal U21. The match should be a very balanced one, a fact showed by the odds too, being hard to say which team has the first chance.

England U21 are comind after a very good run, winning all four games in the last two months. They defeated Lithuania 1-0 away, Moldova 3-0 away, Croatia 2-1 at home and away. The home team has a very good squad with players that already played in Premier League, players like Berahino, Redmond, Gibson, Kane or Luke Shaw from Manchester United.

Portugal U21 are in an excellent form too, proof that they have also won all four games of this autumn. They have a very strong attack, scoring no fewer than 12 goals in the last four matches, but their defence seems to be the weakest point, with six goals conceded, four of them in the last game, 5-4 at home against Netherlands. We have to say that the lusitans are without defeat since 2011 if we talk about away matches.

These two teams were face to face last time this summer, Portugal winning 1-0. England managed to win the last two meetings on their own ground, 2-0 in 2008 and 1-0 in 2009.

Prediction: Both teams to score @ 1.67
Considering that both teams have good attacks, the attack being their strongest point, we expect them to offer us a spectacular match, with goals from both sides.
